Registration Fees
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT (Paid before May 1st):
$215.00 for AAC, MRA, NASAR, NCRC (NSS) SPRAT Members
$260.00 for Non-Members
REGULAR REGISTRATION (Paid after May 1st):
$300.00 for AAC, MRA, NASAR, NCRC (NSS) SPRAT Members
$345.00 for Non-Members
FEES INCLUDE:
A copy of the conference papers, coffee and
afternoon refreshments, a continental breakfast on Friday, Saturday
and Sunday morning, and dinner on Saturday night.
Lunch and remaining evening meals are not included.
PAYMENT DEADLINE:
Any registration for which payment in
full has not been received by September 1st will be automatically
cancelled. Members of government agencies, who
must attend the symposium prior to making payment, must
submit an approved purchase order prior to September 1st.
Payment will be due 15 days after the symposium. The cancellation
and refund policy below will also apply to these participants.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
Substitutions will be allowed if the person
originally registered cannot attend. Please notify us of all substitutions
as soon as possible.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
Registration fees paid by credit
card must be verified before registration will be accepted. Any
credit card registration for which charges are not approved will
be automatically cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Cancellations must be
submitted in writing to PMI’s office. Refunds will be calculated
by the date the notification is received:
Prior to September 1st: Full refund
September 1st to October 1st: 75% refund
After October 1st: No refund
